During my recent stay at Hotel & Pousada Bella Vista in Florianópolis, I was drawn in by its proximity to beautiful Ingleses and Santinho beaches, perfect for marine exploration. Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by being checked into the wrong room, which initially had a less-than-ideal view of the parking lot instead of the promised ocean vista. Thankfully, the staff was responsive and promptly relocated us, but I couldn't shake the feeling that our initial experience was disheartening. The hotel boasts well-equipped units, each featuring comfortable amenities like a microwave, satellite TV, and even a lovely balcony for enjoying the ocean breeze. While they offer some great features, I hope their check-in processes improve, as every marine enthusiast deserves a smooth beginning to their beach adventure.
